The project focuses on refreshing the property's appearance while improving the durability and protection of its exterior surfaces. From building exteriors to metal doors and shared walkways, our team is applying professional-grade coatings selected for the specific needs of each area.
Preparing for a Lasting Finish

Our team is carrying out the necessary surface preparation throughout the property to ensure proper coating application and a consistent, professional finish.
For the building exteriors, we selected Sherwin-Williams Latitude® Exterior Paint, a high-performance coating designed to withstand outdoor exposure while maintaining a clean, attractive appearance.
Specialized Coatings for Different Surfaces
Beyond the main building exteriors, the project includes several areas that require specialized products and application methods.
Metal doors, including elevator doors, are being finished with Sherwin-Williams Direct-to-Metal (DTM) paint, formulated to provide a durable coating on properly prepared metal surfaces.
The condominium's walkways and catwalks have also been repainted using Sherwin-Williams concrete coating paint, restoring a uniform appearance across these shared spaces.
Together, these improvements contribute to a more cohesive look throughout the community while addressing the different maintenance needs of each surface.
